PORT OF SAN FRANCISCO

The Port of San Francisco is both a world-class cruise port and a world-renown destination. More than 25 ships make an average of nearly 100 calls to The City annually, bringing almost a quarter-million first-time and repeat visitors. With unusual sites and activities, world-class shopping, and breathtaking vistas, San Francisco charms its visitors into repeat visits or even long-term residency.

But, no visit is really complete without a sample of the local culinary fare. Home of "farm-to-kitchen" menu planning, San Francisco features top-flight, award winning dining. The Port itself is home to more than 30 of San Francisco's finest restaurants, offering wonderful bayside dining and eclectic menus.

The Port of San Francisco is served by two airports:

  • San Francisco International Airport
    Distance: 30
    Travel Time: Approx. 1 hour

  • San Jose International Airport
    Distance: 85

If you arriving the same day as your cruise departs, please schedule your flights to arrive at these airports no later 1:00 pm on the day of departure f from San Francisco. If this is not possible, then come in a day prior. For return flights, do not schedule any flights departing earlier than 2:00 pm from San Francisco or 3 pm from San Jose.
